I'd read the 2nd Amendment again. Here in California, we still have it, check the stats, most of the AWs are here, our mulies are fat and tasty, and while we gave up the "right to carry" in public, we still have rights. Like anywhere else, stay home after midnight, and whether Peru or Antigua, you'll be safe there.
