Looking at the trees along the road I don't see any severe wind or any other vehicles effected by wind. Looks like this rollover was sway enduced starting when he swerved slightly to the right. Looks like it got worse each cycle back and forth. He should have let off the gas, kept his foot off the brake and used the manual control on the brake controller to let the trailer brake and pull the TV straight with the trailer.
