Even I have heard of Les Schwab - and I've only flown into the PNW on business and haven't been to NoCal since I was a kid. You might consider going to RVServiceReviews.com and giving them a good review there. It's a site where a lot of RVers go to find services by location and read reviews to decide on who to use.
