Two times they did not put the spare tire back in place properly and were loose. That is dangerous to others behind me on the road. I've learned to always check that now.
That wasn't Les Schwabs fault is was their employees.
Another time an appt. made two weeks in advance never panned out as they kept getting everyone that happened showed up that day up on the rack to tie up their business. At days end they said mine was done, but very bad work and had to go back. It was bad enough that employee was fired.
I've had other times a good experience there. So you never really know. I think they try hard.
