The OP calls a tire shop because his outside dually might be low? And is sure his inside dual is flat? Did I read that right? Does the OP carry a tire gauge? Sorry if I sound snurrly but I think most of us would have checked the tire pressure first before calling for a tire tech to come and check the air pressure.
I think you are missing the point...OP is simply sharing a positive experience he had with Les Schwab. I don't think he cares whether he passes your criterion for handling this type of roadside situation.
