Here's the funny thing - some guy, out of millions of humans who use a business that provides a place to camp, gets miffed because he can't use his propane fire kit, have an open flame, etc., googles, finds RV.net, creates a new profile, and then announces a camp ground boycott.
If everyone on RV.net - not just the posters on his thread who may agree with him, joined him in his so called boycott and stopped going to camp grounds that ban open flames, the net effect on campgrounds would be a number way less than ZERO.
Trying to organize a boycott for something camping related on a forum about camping is nothing but stupid. Camp where the rules are to your liking. Kind of reminds me of the don't buy gas on Tuesday boycott. If I need gas on Tuesday, I'm going to buy gas.
But gee, if they did work than that would be in my favor because I'd no longer have to plan my trips months in advance because I can't find an open spot.
