No, its the brakes were not adjusted at the factory. Already been determined. But dude, routine maintenance should not be needed on a brand new trailer that just left the dealers lot.
Seems people here feel that if a manufacture fails to take care of needed items on a new RV, then the owner should just cough up $260 and call it good. Ya, I will cough up the money most likely but what I'm trying to point out is lousy customer service from Winnebago which I would not call good. They should foot the bill on a brand new RV that they admit to not properly adjusting the brakes at the factory rather than passing the cost on to the customer.
