I know everyone here will appreciate this.This morning as I had my coffee and read the RV.Net, my wife came out of the bedroom as said:"Are your ready for your breakfast?"Without looking up, I said:"Anytime you are ready."Her response:"I was talking to the dog."Now I know that after 40 years of marriage, my wife loves me, but I guess I better look and see to whom she is speaking before responding!! LOL

More importantly, what did the dog say?

Well that sure is a 'dog's breakfast'.

I am enjoying the dog tales, about how well they are treated. I see lots that aren't treated very well, and that is sad!

Our little one is an only child/only pet. Her name is Angel. I would be embarrassed to tell how many ways she is treated like a Princess lol.

Our standard poodle had a pancreas failure so she needs the Pancreatic Enzymes at every meal (3 times a day).. She is fed first, no questions. Then the birds....I'm lucky if I eat, nevermind asked if I want to. :h

Used to have a neighbor who named his dog Chevy.. Chevy was a nice dog, good size handful for me but nice. Scared the meter reader out of my yard even though CHEVY lived next door and the fence was good.

I ask him why he named the dog Chevy.

He pointed to his truck "Because that's a FORD and it's sure not Man's Best Friend".

As it happens.. I agree with him.

Enjoyable stories. :)

40 years married and I make her breakfast, her lunch and her dinner but she brings home the bacon, as in the $$$$$$$. I do all the food shopping.

Turkey is in the oven right now.

One of our d-i-l's got us a sign that says "This is the cat's house, we just pay the mortgage." DH said he needs one that says "This is the cat's RV, I'm just the driver." Oh wait, he also claims it's my RV, he's just the driver. :B
