That is replaceable trim. Pull it out and put new one in.

Find it at any local RV store and/or dealership. Dealerships sell it by the foot and some make you buy the whole roll. Which you might find helpful to replace other areas anyway.

Hard to tell from the picture, but I think that is basic RV "insert" trim. It just covers the screw heads and fits into a track.

To remove it, just yank it out and replace it. There are lots of options and it's readily available on the net and from RV dealers. Here is one option, but you can Google " RV Insert Trim" and find lots of it.
