If it was a cargo carrier they come with a hitch mount. How would he have attached it to the bumper? :?because people buy these and attach them to the sewer hose holder sometimes called a bumper.
then in goes the cargo carrier and on goes a generator. Why would it fail?it's not like it's going to bounce around until something breaks.
Oh my! I've never seen anything like that! The guy who designed that little add-on should be shot or better yet made to sit in the cargo carrier attached with it and driven down a bumpy road! :B
then you'd be shocked at how many that frequent various RV forums, plan on using this thing for hauling bikes and stuff.
