Why don't you let us know what brand and floor plan you are looking at and also who the local dealer is, I am sure someone here can offer help on both, might be bad but can also be good. I know most of the dealers in your area and have friends who have purchased at or have tried to so might be able to offer a little help. Good luck on your purchase.
