Sounds like BS to me.
we did the same kind of thing. The local dealers said all kinds of lies to not have to come down in price.
the Midwest online dealer that we bought from, did the prep, 2hr PDI and even installed our Equal-i-zer WDH for free. We had bought the WDH from RVW.
