Spoke to B&W and verified that there is a hump in the bed of the 2015 Chevrolet 3500.
B&W suggested to sand out the hump in the supplied pads, at the base of the companion. Pads not shown here.
GM has told B&W that there bed is completely flat. I can say that with a Straight edge it is not.
I doubled checked everything in the installation and it is correct for the exception of the pads not being flipped to the flat side. I check all of the bolt torque specs to find that the were all within specs.
So with all this said, Tonight I'm going to take my belt sander and sand out the hump in the pads to compensate the hump in the bed.
I will post pictures of this as I get it done.
B&W said that they may compensate me for the damages, we'll see how that goes.
