After weeks of trying to get the problems fixed with my truck.
B&W invited me down to their manufacturing facility. I took advantage of that and was there last Monday with truck and trailer. Waiting on me was 5 engineers. After 5 hours of going over my truck. They were able to fix some installation problems created by my installer where I live.
Even with the crown in the bed they managed to get the Companion to lay flat into the bed of the truck. I am very pleased with the way they handled my situation and hope they will be sure to notify all there installers of the issues with GM Trucks.
I knew there was a reason why I bought a american made product. B&W you guy's followed through with all your warranty obligations and even more. You dedication to your product is what the USA was built on. USA Made
