I have a GMC 2015 2500HD Denali - I was at B&W in November of 2014 with the same issue. Except I have the standard companion base and hitch. B&W spent a half day getting everything adjusted. I live in KS not far from B&W and I have had them install the hitches on each of my last 3 new trucks. This is the 1st issue I had, surprised that everyone thought/acted like this was a new problem on your truck.
