Really, it doesn't matter to California whether you're more than willing or not. If you want gas/diesel you'll pay it. Like it or lump it. :)

And that's a fact Jack! However my statement was just meant that "I" personally not only will (due to the fact I don't have a choice as long as I live in California), be willing!
