California adds 12 cent gas tax and 20 cent diesel tax

I'm a Californian, and I'm furious about this new tax. Yes, all the extra has been swiped for the Bullet train, which is sooo stoopid. SW air just announced a whole bunch of new routes outa Sacramento and with fares so cheap, why would anyone want to take a fast train? And yes the Lottery - they also swiped that money from the schools. Our Moombean Gov is very good at "reallocating"....
