California adds 12 cent gas tax and 20 cent diesel tax

Did you ever wonder why the fuel taxes need to help support the buses, trains and airports, but riders of those don't support the highways? Ticket prices for any and all systems should completely support that conveyance. Of course that would never happen because of political forces.
