And no, I am not responsible for a tax increase I do not support and was not supported by the legislative candidate(s) I either voted for or was represented by.
All those taxes and fees were put in place by people duly elected. The same cannot be said about the Boston Tea Party complaints. The protesters had no say in how the taxes were levied.
Just remember that ultimately "you" are responsible for those taxes.
