As far as the Glamis thing, yes they have been known to stop people pulling 5er's ect with triple axles and check if they have proper license. The other thing they do is stop people with gas cans in an open trailer such as the one your hauling your sand toys on. Its not a constant thing just when they get that bug up their butt to harass people
