Camper damage due to being serviced at that dealer

I am not sure if you can help me my family and I are not new to camping we have had a pull behind and then eventually graduated to a 5th wheel. We are good Sam Members etc.... This past fall we droppe...

If someone hit my rig I would likely call my insurance company - and that goes double if it was RV shop that told me they damaged my rig and would keep it the entire winter to fix it.
