I have to say Wow to some of these comments!
So, those of you who think they should have put up with this, are yourselves cutting through others campsites?
No, then why not?
I have never heard that my site is public property. I rented it and took responsibility of it (following rules, subject to ejection etc).
The other people did not want a group site because group sites are not 'usually' on the prime lakefront sites.
I am from a large family but would NEVER dream of going through someone else's site unless I
asked. And then, it would be for a darn good reason like carrying something heavy or such..
And those that said 'get over it' wow, so NOTHING ever bothers you? Neighbors can be playing loud music til 4 a.m. And you're not going to say something? Wow, good for you.
We weren't there and have NO idea how this situation actually was, so I think I am giving the OP a break.
But, Jeepers, I hope I never camp next to some you of you here :(
