I kinda know what you're talking about. But not sure I would go that far. At a part that has a high percentage of seasonals, those people spend a lot of time together, and as such, they are closer friends. And they naturally have a lot more in common with each other. And tend to do things with each other. So appears like a clique. Not intentional in many cases...but it happens.
Not quite so noticeable in parks where there is a higher percentage of weekly, week-end campers. And fewer seasonals.
If there are a noticeable separate set of rules for any group of campers, I would go elsewhere.
