Not only possible, but exciting and lot LOTS of fun!
You can sleep in your own bed, and be very close to the race scene, and no traffic on Saturday or Sunday. Just plan on watching the race, and then eat dinner, before trying to get out and go home.
Now if you need air conditioning, then you will also need a voltage booster, and measure the voltage going into your RV. You might need to bring along a generator in the 4,000+ watt size, or 5,500 watts to run dual A/C units.
I was at a race in Bowling Green KY at Father's day. My brother brought his dragster, so we where in the motorhome in the pits, with 120 volt hookups (30 amps) and could run the A/C unit. Had a wonderful time both times I was there!
