So that was you shining that stupid light around last night? Almost blinded me and my dogs. And we are in New Hampshire. Kept me awake until you finally shut the thing off. Went right thru my day/night shades, too.
I thought it was the cops looking for illegals from the helicopter. But the only illegals we get around here come from Canada.
Not to highjack...but I have given up most handheld flashlights, in favor of the head mounted strap on, hands free style. Great invention. A 'MUST' when setting up at night. Or something like this.
Now...carry on.
LOL reminds me of years ago wife and I were tent camping in the badlands of central CA in Oct so still quite warm during the day and dang cold at night with those clear skies.
So we go to bed and I wake up at like 2 or 3 in the morning and the tent was lit up like noon! My first thought is what idiot is driving around by our site at this hour of the night? We are in the middle of no where with 4 other "campsites" in this campground, FS campground with nothing but fire rings and each spot about 75-100 yards apart. Finally get up and open the flap on the tent and the light source was a fgull moon that just rose over the hills facing the tent! It was huge and looked like it was sitting right on top of the hill. :B
