I might have gone back to a different CW elsewhere in the country. My latest experience was at the Albuquerque facility. I didn't have repairs done there, but purchased products instead. If I needed repair work at that time chances are good I may have used them. I try not to pass judgement on a company because of one bad experience at one of their branches.
Okay you are a more forgiving man than I am, CW still has $200 bucks of mine they did not earn. I will not go back for service.
