Camping world is like most other chains in that some of 'em are Downright Decent, do good work at a fair price.
And some of them are the polar opposite.
I can site Restaurants, Department stores, Even Catholic Parishes (Church) as well as several other "brands" (NOTE This is not a religious discussion, But a church, like Camping world, is also a business) where some are good, and some (Same brand) not so much.
Do not judge any of the above by a single "Store".
One such example.. Back in 1976 I bought what may well turn out to be the only NEW car I'll ever own.. About a year later it would not start, Dead battery.. Btring a STICK we gave it a bit of a nudge and popped the clutch in 2nd and headed to J.C. Penny Auto where they diagnosed DEAD BATTERY.
I had 'em fix it right.. At that time JC Penny Auto sold a LIFETIME battery for around sixty bucks.. It lasted less than a week and they put in another.. That one lasted several years.. I mean I met my wife, got married, Had a child.. My brother got divorced, and met another woman (Who's ex husband was in charge of the computers where I worked) and on the day of the wedding rehearsal.> The bland thing failed again.. So I parked on hill tops till I stopped in at another JC Penny's auto (novi MI) on the way home.
Manager was... Well let's just say I hope I never have to deal with him again. He gave me all kinds of grief. But he finally put in the best battery they carried (5 year warranty but due to replacing a LIfetime I got LIfetime) This one lasted till the car died of a drug overdose.
How can a car die from a Drug Overdose you ask?
Simple.. The light in front of me changes.. So I stopped
Behind me, Quite a way behind me in fact, Was the shuttle truck from a local Drug Store.. He too stopped.....at the light.. where I was already stopped. Thus he "Overdosed" my car with his drug store truck. hence a Drug Overdose.
