I'd say....read this....and I think the author is correct.
The thing is..CW and any other shop is just not going to own up to their responsibility. You are going to have to file some paperwork. Where I live, we have Small Claims....and it is expected that there be no lawyers. It's for the little guy and there are limits to the amount you can sue for.
