Can I tow a '92 Geo Tracker 4x4 Automatic Trans four down?

Yes, it can be towed four down.
Make sure it has or you will need manual locking hubs. Some were not equipped with locking hubs.
Transfer case in neutral, transmission in park. Stop every 250 miles and run transmission in drive.
