Can't bring TT home because of neighbors parking in street?

The only thing you can do is let the neighbors know a day or two ahead of time when you are bringing the RV home, and ask them not to park on the street at that time.
Otherwise, if you complain to the HOA,or worse yet park the RV in the street the war will begin, and everyone loses.
