You obviously have uncooperative neighbors. You also have a long drive. That means you have a lot of lawn. If you have a serious lawn tractor, put a hitch ball on it and use it to maneuver the TT. It can possibly do better than your usual TV. I know mine could when I needed to move a trailerable (just) sailboat.
BUT, the first time you try this, have lots of friends around with their phones and have then helping direct the tractor-trailor with lots of loud shouting and recording things. Then, to add to the show, get stuck so you block the entire cul-de-sac until someone moves. As nothing you are doing is any violation of anything, who will they complain to.
