Can't bring TT home because of neighbors parking in street?

Sounds like families with teenage drivers so to speak. Parents may park in the garage and the kids may park on the street so they are not constantly shuffling cars when someone wants to leave or come home and access the garage.

Never lived in an HOA community but grew up with street parking as a norm so Mom could come and go and use the garage.
