- DrewEExplorer III am. They seem to work from what I can tell. It's sometimes a bit hard to be sure as I think my drive shaft isn't perfectly in balance.
The main complaint I have is not with the Centramatics per se, but with a few shops I've been to (shops that were generally competent) where the employees putting wheels on and off didn't understand that the hand holes in the balancers for the dually wheels should be oriented such that they allow access to the inner valve stems. I've had to take off the outer wheels, reposition the balancers, and put the outer wheels back on at least a couple of times for that reason. - johnhicksExplorerI have them; they work fine.
- GulfcoastExplorerI had them on every Dodge 2500 that I owned. They were wonderful.
I regret they don't have a set to fit my Chevy 2500 now. - notevenExplorer IIIYes.
- ROBERTSUNRUSExplorer:) Hi, I have Centramatics on my trailer; Trailer brake drums are not balanced so unless your tires are spin balanced on the vehicle, you won't be fully balanced.
- stripitExplorerI had a terrible time with the front tires on my International tow vehicle with a shake. After many rebalances and using either weights or powder I finally spent the money for the Centramatic system. Night and day difference in smoothness. They sold me on the way they operate and I would buy them again when the need came up.
