If this is new unit, mfg has paid dealer pdi allowance. If they insist on charging, walk.
You should do your own PDI, not the dealer. You hand dealer list of things that need fixing, adjusting, etc and don't sign then dotted line or take rv from sealer lot until then items are ton your satisfaction. Do an searching this forum for pdi checklist. This will provide you with the guidance you need to perform a thorough PDI. When doing pdi, bring tools and old clothes. Ben prepared to spend about 3 hours and leave the kids at home. It helps to bring a spouse or friend to take notes while you inspect.
