Been there done that with my Credit union Visa Card. You are between a rock and a hard place.We had a problem with a Radiator. While they repaired the radiator they over heated our engine. MasterCard did nothing to help. Of course after complaining all the way to the President of Texaco Oil in New York,@ that time they refunded the costs of our additional repairs, and the Texaco station was no longer a Texaco station on our next trip to Yuma.
