All of you that said we were responsible for our bad choice of repair companies. The next time you are broke down on a highway with your RV and in a strange St think of your post to me. The credit card companies advertise they will back you from irresponsible companies. As soon as it happened we notified Chase and they said they would back us if we sent all the appropriate paperwork and we did. And who ever reads their agreement that person didn't read his either!!! I contacted the proper authorities in Fla and the Comptroller in Texas as a banking authority told me to. They confirmed Chase Card has the right to not pay because of their agreement. I thought by informing RV travelers this would be appreciated and caution you but all I got was it was my fault not a mega banks fault that could have easily have paid the $2,300 bill since that was as advertised. I did get my money back through my perusing Fla courts. The transmission repair owner said he was sorry but he sent the repair out to another party, which made a big problem for me. He did apologize and I did get my money and learned a great lesson. You can either learn from what I am telling you or not.
