I guess I'm a slow reader as well. Chase has nothing to do with your problem. Someday maybe you will understand that. Your problem was with the repair company that performed a service for you that wasn't up to snuff. It is between you and them and you resolved it with a lawsuit as you should have without even involving Chase to begin with.
Now if you were charged for a new transmission and a new transmission was not actually installed then that is fraud and Chase would have helped you. Doesn't matter if it is a billion dollar bank or your small community bank, the results would be the same. By the way, Chase was not bailed out as you suggest.
