I replaced the crapola dash radio with a Kenwood unit that does sat radio and CDs and I can add amplifiers if needed. I then replaced the outrageously craptastic overhead speakers with 5" Polk Audio two-ways. Now granted the little Polks aren't wonderfully great but they're a lot better than they have any right to be.
In my last RV I had a little Pyle integrated amp and a pair of Pyle bookshelf speakers that got me a visit from the ranger one afternoon. That wasn't the highest of fi but it was plenty loud without breaking up.
I'd like to do more but Mom isn't very enthusiastic...
