the reality is, folks (me included) tend to want to spend the least possible but want the best possible .... when we buy a camper on price (meaning cheap) and expect high quality components/workmanship, its hard to believe that we won't be disappointed most of the time .... the OEM sound system in our camper was cheap and only lasted a couple of years .... we've now replaced it twice and we do run the sound from the TV through the OEM speakers .... well, not all of the speakers .... during the build they apparently put a staple through one of the speaker wires and it is useless
