Chinese Tire maker triangle to build plant in North Carolina

Looks like Chinese tire maker Triangle is going to build a large tire plant in North Carolina. I wonder if more foreign companies will build plants here now the tax rate has been lowered to 21 perc...

Chris I have respected everything you have said up until now. FedEx came out after passage last night and said they are hiring more and revising their earnings forecast up!
