The ANDERSEN it's self will not cause chucking but if it's NOT properly torqued down to the bed it can add to the equation.
I HIGHLY advise adding fillers under each corner of the hitch to fill the void between top of bed corrugation and bed bottom. This will help with the fore and aft movement.
If you don't have shocks on your RV add them!
Turn it back around and go for a drive. Center of my pin is 4" ahead of axle, that is where the RAM OEM pucks are with the 30K RAM hitch.
