Come on - can't we be smart enough to "read between the lines"? Take the RV Park Reviews website where often times you'll see both 5 Star good and i Star bad reviews for the same place. When you really take a closer look you can easily separate the sour grapes from the real useful nuggets that you want to hear about a campground. I wouldn't think the campground owners that know how good they are would shy away from posting a good job offer. As far as the hours worked vs the actual pay received argument I think most of us do it because we really love the "work", staying active and meeting all the other campers. We don't do it for the money and the free camp site is just another perk that does help defray some of the costs.
