After all what's good for the goose has to be good for the gander. As a prospective employer I would find the information on the prospective employee as equally helpful as those that find the posting of opinions and experience on the position I offer helpful.
I would totally agree and in fact the previous employer should get a chance to do just that whenever a potential employee lists his/her previous campground jobs when applying for the next position. The new employer should be able to ask and have every right to receive honest previous campground work references. Keep it professional on both sides.
