I appreciate everyone's comments. However, western hit the nail on the head.
Those of you who are not long time members have no idea what I have tolerated over the years. I have tried every suggestion here, and believe me...they don't work. Feedback by those offering positions, including myself when I was doing the hiring, convinced me that this is the only way.
If anyone wants to start a thread discussing positions, of course you may. But be aware....if there is any bashing, flaming, etc, they will be deleted. This particular forum walks a very fine line....I will not jeopardize it.
