So how does GS Platinum compare with Coach Net? I have always bought GS Platinum and have thankfully not needed it.
You will get strong opinions from both sides of the isle…
I have used both and have had much better responses from GS and Unless there have been changes to CN that I am unaware of GS is contractually better IMHO…
It must depend on who you get to come to your aid ... My experience was just the opposite - GS let me down and CN was there on the spot
Same here. It only took twice to get poor treatment and to be left stranded for a weekend to make the switch to Coach-Net. And Coach-Net has gone out of their way to keep me a happy customer since I joined them, something Affinity never did. And contractually, well in my case Coach-Net once threw out their contract. Said "we don't have to do this because this is not the coach you have listed with us, but we will". And they then towed me 50 miles. I had just purchased my current coach was on my way home with it when I broke a belt. They did not have to tow me, but they did. My latest happy moment with them was my most recent renewal. Coach-Net had revised their plans and increased their prices. My renewal was up and I called to see what was what with the new plans and prices. They ended up signing me up under my old plan (comparable to the top plan) at a $40 discount. Now maybe someone there is related to me or something, or just likes me, but I don't think so. I don't know anyone in Irving Tx. I am of the belief that Coach-Nets treats all their customers like they treat me. I believe that they value their customers. And I know that no one at my old ERS valued me as a customer, it was all lip service.
