Whether or not they answer the phone on the first ring or not, the problem is with the service. And on this forum, for every good service experience there's 20 bad ones. Doesn't matter who you're paying.
I once called AAA for a dead car battery. They couldn't find me. I was four blocks from their office. Coachnet couldn't find me at the entrance to an RV park in Williamsburg, Va. for 12 hours. So far, Good Sam has been great. I haven't had to call them yet. If they mess it up, I guess I'll have to sell the RV "as is".
