C2C rules used to say that hosted members competed for sites with the park's own members equally.. You were to be treated exactly the same as one of the park's own members (Save for having to turn in a slip for camping). However many parks violate that rule.. I do not know if they changed it since I do not use C2C.
I an over 62, In the summer I have two memberships and use them to full time at no additional charge. Winters only one of those memberships is useful (the other one is snowed in) but COE parks and other Federal parks are half price. And half price at the local COE is less than the per night fee for C2C.
