Colorado & S Dakota RV Park

Dear wife and I are planning a short trip (2 weeks) to the Black Hills and Rocky Mountains in August. We want to visit Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and probably the Estes Park area. We have never taken our RV there before so we are at a loss for knowing where to camp. We require FULL hookup site for our 35' motorhome. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    I didn't like the urban park feel of Rocking J Ranch (hope that's the name) near Rushmore but it has lots of sites that are great for your size rig and it is a very nice park.

    I know you didn't ask but, we stayed at Badlands NP and the best part of that was seeing the Badlands. I would go back back to see more of the Badlands, another nice park and typical of that area in geography.

    I'm interested in the Estes Park area too so I'll be watching the thread.
