I moderate a board w/ over 10,000 members and over 1 million unique hits a month. There are a few things I look for. Swearing, obscenity or crude comments and personal attacks or name calling. Also the posting of personal info (real names, phone numbers and such) Short of that, I let the discussion flow freely.
