Personally I want to be able to choose who and what I read. If I don't like the thread then I don't have to read it. I always thought that's what the Delete button was for and I use it frequently.
There isn't a lot of room for free exchange of ideas on this forum like there was in the past in "Around the Campfire", and apparently most people think that is a good thing. I guess old people don't like dissenting opinions. :)
